  • TREVOR PACHIS | CEO

    Insurance runs in my blood—literally. My grandfather spent his entire career as an insurance broker, and I like to think I inherited the gene. From a young age, I saw firsthand how the right coverage can make a real difference in people’s lives, and that legacy continues to inspire me every day.

    I take tremendous professional satisfaction in helping others—some might even say I thrive on it. My mission is simple: to empower my clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their insurance. I believe that when you understand your coverage, you gain confidence—not just in your policy, but in your future.

    Insurance can be confusing and, at times, frustrating. That’s where I come in. My role is to simplify the process, clarify the fine print, and ensure you, as a business owner, know exactly what’s covered—and what’s not. Because when you’re protected, you can focus on what matters most: growing your business.

  • EMMA GONZALEZ | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    Prior to joining Pachis & Associates, Inc., I began my adult life as an actress in the vibrant theatre scene of Chicago, IL. I earned my BFA in Theatre Performance with a minor in Poetry from Florida Southern College and graduated Cum Laude and a full semester early—a testament to my drive, discipline, and passion for learning.

    After touring stages across the country and telling stories that connect with all different types of people, I transitioned into the insurance industry in January 2021, where I’ve found a new kind of stage—one where I help people feel seen, heard, and protected.

    At Pachis & Associates, I use my creative background to design bespoke coverage solutions that reflect each client’s unique needs. I understand how overwhelming insurance can be—but when you work with me, you’ll feel empowered, informed, and understood. You won’t feel like a policy number—you’ll feel like family.

  • KRISTEN PACHIS | ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

    I graduated from Illinois State University in 1998 and kicked off my career in sales within the banking sector in Chicago, where I honed my skills for nearly nine years. However, my desire to make a more personal impact led me to pivot my career. I returned to school to become a clinical massage therapist, running my own practice for 17 years before joining our family insurance agency in 2023.

    Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle. I enjoy hiking and traveling, and enjoyed climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in 2009, along with many other smaller peaks since. Trevor and I also restored a beautiful historic barn in Wisconsin into a now successful event space and farmhouse rental.

    I’m passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance needs, and I look forward to building lasting relationships as we work together to protect what matters most to you.

  • KEITH LUHRS | Claims Specialist

    I’ve always been a servant and wanting to help people, whether it be my youngest brother when he was a toddler or my next-door neighbor. That mindset opened the door to a career in insurance claims in a roundabout way. When I graduated college, I got a position with the Medicare Part B intermediary as claim auditor, making sure beneficiary Part B claims were being processed and paid correctly and according to Medicare law.

    I eventually found my way to American Family Insurance after a stint with Montgomery Ward (remember Monkey Ward?) insurance benefits where I met my future wife. So I left and joint AmFam and stayed for almost 37 years. I saw first hand how compassion and empathy can go a long way in for folks who suffered losses due to a weather catastrophe or serious vehicle accident. We used to have a saying at American Family: “after the sale, it’s the service that counts.” I’ve always been mindful of the money our clients spend to protect themselves from adversity and be there for them when they were in need.
